Colleen has been with Offsetters since October 2008. Prior to that she was in London completing a Masters in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics, with a focus on sustainable communities. Colleen has lead projects in the British Columbia Ministry of Economic Development, at Chinesepod.com in Shanghai, and in the Corporate Relations Unit of the University of Victoria (UVic). She is from Victoria and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from UVic.
